Returns & Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged take a digital photo of the item and its shipping container. Email the photos to images@rgs.org. Please include your details and a brief description of the reason for the return. A member of our team will contact you within 72 hours to refund or replace the item.

When you return your items we encourage you to return them via a tracked postal service.

EU Order Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a customer in the European Union, you may cancel or withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, or before dispatch where applicable.
